2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

4.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.

4.2 Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3 Partial refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.


5. MARKETPLACE & THIRD-PARTY SELLERS

5.1 Refunds for products sold by third-party Sellers are subject to the Seller’s individual refund policy, displayed on the product listing.

5.2 GIGG may facilitate communication or dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of Sellers.


6. ESCROW, DISPUTES & PAYMENT HOLDS

6.1 Certain transactions may be processed through escrow.

6.2 Funds may be temporarily held until delivery confirmation, dispute resolution, or investigation of suspected fraud.

6.3 GIGG reserves the right to delay or withhold refunds where disputes, chargebacks, or compliance checks are ongoing.


7. CHARGEBACKS

7.1 Customers are encouraged to contact GIGG support before initiating a chargeback.

7.2 Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, wallet restrictions, or permanent termination.


8. REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE

8.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or GIGG wallet, where applicable.
